Burma tries to expel Doctors w/o Borders for bias toward an ethnic group

This week in class we will look at the leading organizations that report on human rights abuses in the world. Authoritarian states routinely accuse human rights organizations (HROs) with bias and misreporting. Just a few days ago Burmese government announced that it was going to expel MSF (Doctors Without Borders) for partial treatment against one ethnic group in a conflict-ridden state, Rakhine. Today, this decision was partially repealed. MSF will continue to operate in Burma except in Rakhine.
